Kenneth S. Kagan, Attorney at Law

Kenneth S. Kagan is Outside General Counsel for WPHP and is a licensed attorney in Washington state with more than 40 years of law practice. Mr. Kagan is licensed to practice law in the US Supreme Court, the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, the US Court of Appeals in the Second and Ninth Circuits, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He is a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.

Mr. Kagan also has served frequently as a judge pro tempore (a substitute judge) in many courts in King County, Washington. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now known as Seattle University School of Law) and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kentucky.
