Washington Physicians Health Program (WPHP) is an independent, physician-led, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization providing critical support to Washington’s heath professional workforce. Contributions help WPHP assist healthcare professionals, conduct research into substance use and prevention of impairment, provide scholarships for those who could not otherwise afford treatment, and support education and outreach efforts in the community. Your financial contribution to help makes a difference in the lives of healthcare professionals and their patients in the state of Washington.

Fund Selection
General Donation – General donations help WPHP in its ongoing work monitoring healthcare practitioners, conducting research into substance use disorder and prevention methods, and supporting education and outreach efforts in the community.
The Thomas Hornbein, M.D. Fund – Your gift will be used to offer temporary financial assistance to healthcare providers for evaluation, treatment, and other needs.
The Lynn R. Hankes, M.D. Reunion Scholarship Fund – Each year, generous scholarship donations make it possible for individuals and their partners to participate in the Reunion weekend.
The Daniel O’Neill Family Fund – Your gift will be used to enable family members and/or significant others of WPHP participants to participate in a range of WPHP activities that promote the well-being of participants, including the annual Reunion weekend.
