Position Title: Executive Assistant

WPHP has an outstanding employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant supports the Executives and Directors at WPHP including general office operations, schedule management, development of meeting materials, assisting with events, and special projects. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has a minimum of five years of Executive Assistant experience, and strong organizational and communications skills. This is a full-time salaried position with an excellent benefits package at an office based in Seattle that uses a hybrid remote/in-office work model.

Position Title: Communications Assistant (Part-Time)

WPHP has an outstanding employment opportunity for a part-time (0.6FTE) Communications Assistant. The Communications Assistant supports the Communications and Administrative team including administrative operations and WPHP’s education/outreach and publications/marketing efforts. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has a minimum of two years communications/marketing/content creator experience, and has excellent communications, editing, and proofreading skills. This position is a non-exempt position with an excellent benefits package at an office based in Seattle that uses a hybrid remote/in office work model.

Position Title: Clinical Coordinator

WPHP has an outstanding employment opportunity for a highly-qualified behavioral health clinician interested in providing support and advocacy for Washington’s medical professionals. Clinical Coordinators use their clinical experience and expertise to inform evaluation, case management, coaching, and advocacy decisions for program participants. Our modest size affords opportunities to be involved in special projects, organizational improvement, and educational activities. The ideal candidate is licensed at the master’s level in a relevant mental health field and has experience with co-occurring and substance use disorders. This is a full-time salaried position with an excellent benefits package and based in Seattle.
